Fred Mosoti

Fred Mosoti is the visionary Founder and CEO of Mayad World Connections, a youth-focused organization dedicated to global education, leadership development, and academic empowerment. With a deep passion for nurturing future changemakers, Fred has spent over a decade shaping minds both in and out of the classroom.

In addition to leading Mayad World, Fred serves as a distinguished educator at Alliance High School, one of Kenya’s top academic institutions. His experience in teaching, mentoring, and academic coaching has played a key role in shaping Mayad's mission—to equip young people with the tools, networks, and global exposure they need to lead and thrive in today’s interconnected world.

Under his leadership, Mayad World has grown from a bold idea to a trusted platform for international Model UN programs, educational travel, and student empowerment initiatives that have impacted hundreds of students across Africa.
