CEO Mayad World Connections
Fred Mosoti is the visionary Founder and CEO of Mayad World Connections, a youth-focused organization dedicated to global education, leadership development, and academic empowerment. With a deep passion for nurturing future changemakers, Fred has spent over a decade shaping minds both in and out of the classroom. In addition to leading Mayad World, Fred serves as a distinguished educator at Alliance High School, one of Kenya’s top academic institutions. His experience in teaching, mentoring, and academic coaching has played a key role in shaping Mayad's mission—to equip young people with the tools, networks, and global exposure they need to lead and thrive in today’s interconnected world. Under his leadership, Mayad World has grown from a bold idea to a trusted platform for international Model UN programs, educational travel, and student empowerment initiatives that have impacted hundreds of students across Africa. Fred’s leadership style is grounded in integrity, innovation, and a deep belief in the power of youth to change the world.

Thaddeus Mbaluka is the Managing Director of Mayad World Connections and a passionate Chemistry educator at Alliance High School, one of Kenya’s most prestigious academic institutions. With a firm belief in the transformative power of education and global exposure, Thaddeus plays a central role in steering Mayad’s operations, partnerships, and student-centered programs. A natural leader and mentor, Thaddeus brings a unique blend of academic rigor and visionary planning to the Mayad team. His work is rooted in empowering young minds—not just in the classroom, but on global platforms where they can debate, innovate, and lead. As MD, he oversees key program implementation, international collaborations, and ensures that every Mayad experience upholds the highest standards of excellence, inclusivity, and impact.
